About the Programme

The B.A. course provides an education in a variety of contexts. Chandigarh Universit's Distance learning B.A. programme aims to offer education that is accessible to students with a wide range of educational backgrounds and professional and personal circumstances. Along with offering a variety of subjects this course is developed for the all-round development of the student and inculcating different skills in them.

10+2 or its equivalent examination in any stream conducted by a recognized Board / University / Council.

  • The student has to select the Medium of Instruction at the time of admission to the programme.
  • The student has to select his/her elective courses at the time of admission (1st Semester) and that cannot be changed during the entire duration of the programme.
  • For Fundamentals of computers, the medium of instructions is english only. For remaining subjects the student can opt for medium of instruction from English, Punjabi or Hindi. However, language subjects are offered in respective languages only.
